GrowthAssistant seeks a skilled Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through effective lifecycle marketing programs.

About the Role:

This role requires a professional with strong project management skills and experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze program performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Campaign & Program Management: Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails for batch communications, triggered sends, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Create and execute experiments and A/B tests for one-off emails and longer journeys.
  • Prepare production briefs for execution teams to implement campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Manage communication and alignment across teams (creative studios and operational partners).
  • Review creative assets and ensure alignment with campaign briefs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, providing context for audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Partner with customer service to troubleshoot issues.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze program performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of emails across key metrics.
  • Configure dynamic content and test links, layout, and mobile/web rendering prior to launch.
  • Pull campaign reports into Excel/Google Sheets.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM (mortgage/financial services experience a plus but not required).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp.
