Job Summary

This position entails the creation and implementation of campaign orchestration strategies across multiple clients.

Key responsibilities include the automation configuration, coordination of marketing campaigns, CRM integrations, and implementations.

  1. Develop comprehensive campaign plans to drive business results.
  2. Collaborate with team members to confirm campaign feasibility and translate marketing strategy into business requirements.
  3. Review and interpret campaign requests to ensure alignment with client goals.
  4. Design and implement end-to-end coding for marketing campaigns and target audiences.
  5. Troubleshoot campaign content creation, personalization, dynamic content, and URL issues to deliver high-quality results.
  6. Prepare test cases/checklists for UAT phases to ensure seamless delivery.
  7. Manage client expectations throughout delivery; flag risks and issue escalations related to campaigns.
  8. Monitor campaign performances and configure metrics reports to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Standard.
  • Experience in HTML5, Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration, and leading marketing automation vendors (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Proven experience developing responsive templates and intermediate knowledge of responsive & fluid code optimized for email.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements and communicate project status.
