  • Supervise the invoice section to ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices.

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • At least 1-2 years' work experience in finance operations, preferably in a BPO environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledgeable about NetSuite and willingness to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing priorities
