">We are seeking an Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. This role will be responsible for leading Agile transformations across various project/initiative sizes and complexities, leveraging expertise in different Agile frameworks and methodologies.
">- Design and implement Agile transformation programs, including operating models for future Agile practices.
- Develop and execute recruitment, training, and development strategies to build internal capability in Agile coaching.
- Prepare and facilitate training sessions on Agile Principles for different teams.
- Provide detailed guidelines and directions to teams on managing projects using Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Conduct mentoring and coaching sessions on Agile principles.
- Regularly assess team Agile maturity and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as Scrum Master when needed, especially for new or special project teams.
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach, with 5+ years of Agile experience in project and product development that has delivered significant customer and business value. They should also have experience in Agile transformation of varying project/initiative size and complexity, as well as ability to apply and transfer practical knowledge in different Agile frameworks and methodologies.
">A strong leader, mentor, and coach with excellent communication and motivating skills, proven skills in facilitation, collaboration, conflict resolution, and problem-solving, certification in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and coaching certification (a plus) are essential requirements.
