Network Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Network Solutions Specialist to deliver technical expertise and support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, design scalable architectures, and provide solutions to meet their needs.

The successful candidate will stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best possible solutions. They will work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements, propose network solutions, and create technical presentations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose network-based solutions.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations to customers.
  • Design efficient architectures that meet customer deployment needs.
  • Develop bills of material and validate network configurations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers and sales teams, ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar environment is required.
  • Previous experience in network solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good listening and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical knowledge of Splunk products and associated technologies.
  • Understanding of network security principles, threat landscape, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Network or security certification is a plus.
