Job Description

This role involves overseeing and optimizing our Salesforce environment, driving optimization, supporting reporting, and helping turn concepts into actionable solutions with speed and precision.

We are seeking someone with a strong technical background in Salesforce administration, reporting, and analytics. This individual will take ownership of our Salesforce environment, ensuring accurate and timely reports for board meetings and weekly sales calls.

The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining critical reporting dashboards in Salesforce and other business intelligence tools. They must be able to identify and troubleshoot issues in sales data and reporting processes, ensuring all information is up-to-date and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain critical reporting dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau (or other BI tools) to provide transparency into pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports for board meetings and weekly sales calls, anticipating the needs of sales leaders.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in sales data and reporting processes, ensuring all information is up-to-date and actionable.
  • Own the accuracy and reporting of sales pipeline across all lines of business.
  • Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.
