Job Title: Financial Transaction SpecialistDescription:

This role encompasses managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure timely and accurate processing. It involves maintaining healthy relationships with clients and vendors while ensuring adherence to financial regulations.


Responsibilities:
  • Process Accounts Payable: Verify invoices, process payments, and reconcile vendor accounts in a timely manner.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain customer accounts effectively.
  • Monitor aging reports and address overdue accounts and discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to month-end closing activities.
  • Provide regular financial reports on accounts payable and receivable status and cash flow forecasts.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
