Job Description

The Sales Operations and Quote-to-Cash Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our quoting process. This individual will work closely with various teams to resolve quote-to-cash issues and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, Order Operations, Billing, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve quote-to-cash issues.
  2. Support period-end close processes to ensure timely financial closures and accurate accounting of sales transactions.
  3. Identify and resolve data discrepancies while working with BizApps, Billing, Legal, and other teams to improve processes and enhance data quality.
  4. Monitor and manage the request ticket queue, ensuring inquiries are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs) or escalated as needed.

Requirements

  1. Must be available to work from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (US).
  2. Associate's degree or higher.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in a deal support or sales operations role.
  4. Proficiency in Salesforce.com is required.
  5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
