We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our sales team in Metro Manila. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving continued growth for our business.

  1. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving continued growth for our business.
  2. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients through cross-selling and upselling.
  3. Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute account-specific strategies.
  4. Sales Performance: Regularly meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Essential Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the IT industry.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence.
  3. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the sales industry and trends is highly desirable.
