The position of Associate Solutions Consultant involves working with a team responsible for implementing Med-Metrix's Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology. This encompasses Hospital and Professional Fee Front End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in internal assessment meetings with the Accounts Receivable Services department to develop design documentation based on best practice recommendations for the AnalytX Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology.
- Analyze business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation, ensuring a thorough understanding of the organization's objectives.
- Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode (IF this THEN that…) intended for the Development and QA Teams.
- Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present findings to support these recommendations to the project team.
- Support clients utilizing the AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment, providing ongoing assistance as needed.
- Diagnose application bugs and gather technical documentation of issues working directly with the Development and QA Teams.
- Lead support calls with existing customers post Go Live, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications, demonstrating expertise in system implementation.
- Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams, showcasing analytical skills.
- Ability to understand complex software applications, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
- Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server, highlighting proficiency in key tools.
- Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
