Job Description

Sarisuki is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager who works cohesively and harmoniously with Finance leaders and other leaders in the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial information.
  • Financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • In charge of the financial/external audit, ensuring timeliness of the audit procedure and ensuring no audit findings.
  • Presenting audit findings to senior leaders and providing recommendations for resolution on audit findings, if any.
  • Handling Treasury functions, such as bank reconciliation and other related functions.
  • Presenting Finance updates in Mancomm meetings or other leadership meetings, when required.
  • Assisting Head of Finance in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance Department.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the head of the department and/or management team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting courses.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Financial Reporting or GL Manager.
  • In-depth understanding of IFRS and GAAP.
  • Experience in handling audits is required.
  • Tax knowledge and experience are a plus.
  • Technologically adept and has familiarity with accounting platforms or systems, either commercial or proprietary, but experience with Quickbooks is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a start-up company is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and able to connect dots on a bigger scale.
  • Willing to report daily in San Juan, Manila office.
