The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for accountability, setting high standards, raising the bar, and driving results through constant focus on improving existing and future state operations, systems, and processes in collaboration with Senior Management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the successful management of healthcare receivables operations, including collections, cash application, account reconciliations, and denials management.
  • Interface with payers, employers, and patients to ensure timely and accurate resolution of accounts receivables.
  • Independently identify areas of operational opportunity, prioritize using analysis and investigation, present recommendations, and drive implementation by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  1. Experience in the US healthcare and health insurance industry, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (A/R) management within the pharmacy domain and/or exposure to Pharmacy Benefit Management operations.
  2. Prefer a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of expertise such as healthcare, business, or finance.
  3. Prior experience of at least 1 year in Accounts Receivable or Finance & Accounting role.
  4. Experience working in a shared services environment with productivity targets.
