Administrative Aide Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Aide to join our team at Fastmedics Corporation. In this key role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Operations Department, driving our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Department, focusing on daily activities, including preventive maintenance, equipment delivery, and inventory management.
  2. Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, census, and repair history, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
  3. Ensure timely processing of necessary documents, including those related to equipment utilization and medical supply delivery.
  4. Liaise with hospital personnel, responding to requests, attending calls, and addressing concerns.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in office management or business administration, with at least 6 months of experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and other computer software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
