Overview: Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc. requires an experienced HR Admin Support for a 9-month contract in Mandaluyong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms.
- Source candidates through various means and prepare them for interviews.
- Assist in screening CVs/Resumes and endorse suitable candidates to HRBP.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interviewers.
- Support exam-related tasks, including sending links and monitoring results.
- Aid in new hires' onboarding process and schedule orientations.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Detailed-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
