Ripped Box Station is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with recruitment processes.
Job SummaryThis role requires a proactive and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, ability to handle confidential information, and experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in office software, online calendars, and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities- Manage and maintain client calendars, ensuring timely attendance and effective time management
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, as well as send reminders and follow-ups
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Handle email correspondence, prioritizing and responding accordingly
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations, and conduct research to support decision-making
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project coordination
- Proven work experience as a General Virtual Assistant or a relevant role
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools, as well as familiarity with digital marketing trends
- Strong proficiency in office software, online calendars, and digital marketing tools
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
