About the Role

As a leader in our organization, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of financial solutions for the nation. Your expertise and innovative thinking will drive the development of trust and security marketing campaigns, focusing on improving perception, driving trial among non-users, and positioning new features to enhance usage from light users.

You will be responsible for innovating operational systems across the organization to improve resiliency, enabling us to proactively address new threats and swiftly respond to crises. Additionally, you will drive product development and launch of trust and security features, co-created with product teams.

You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews of our performance with regard to Security, integrating internal and external metrics to tell a coherent business narrative. Moreover, you will use insights to inform campaign tweaks or complete rehauls.

Championing the voice of the segment within the organization, you will initiate market research that examines consumer aspects and share insights within the organization.

You will lead excellence in brand financial and business management by leading business casings of campaigns and programs, as well as post-mortems to assess impact.
