As a Documentation Specialist, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement documentation standards, ensuring that all materials are concise, clear, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and update documentation based on process changes and customer feedback
  • Document escalation procedures learned from the team and develop best practices
  • Help translate complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Ensure all documentation meets established quality standards and formatting guidelines
  • Review and improve existing articles to ensure accuracy and relevance
Requirements
  • Tier III employee or higher (internal requirement)
  • Meet or exceed quality standards in all areas of responsibility
  • No current disciplinary warnings or performance issues
  • Good attendance record and ability to work independently
  • Strong writing skills and experience with technical documentation
  • Comfortable asking questions to gather information and clarify details
  • Familiarity with documentation software such as Confluence or Zendesk Guide
  • Excellent research skills and ability to find relevant information quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organization and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
