Remote Work-from-Home Claims Specialist for AU

Australia-based Claims Management Services company seeks a Claims Specialist to review and settle claims, collaborate with coordinators, and maintain accurate records. This full-time, work-from-home opportunity requires at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an Australian or New Zealand business environment.
What You'll Do:
- Process and settle claims according to company guidelines and procedures.
- Work closely with coordinators to facilitate smooth information exchange and documentation.
- Update the claims database regularly and maintain accurate records of all claims.
- Analyze claim details to determine coverage and validity.
- Communicate with claimants to address their questions and concerns efficiently.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an Australian or New Zealand business environment.
- Strong knowledge of claims processing and management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for claims management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
