Visual Storyteller Role

As a key member of our creative team, you will play a vital role in helping mission-driven businesses thrive through impactful visual storytelling.

This role involves creating compelling graphics, visuals, and designs that enhance brand presence, support marketing initiatives, and educate nonprofits about the value of our tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Design visually appealing digital and print content, including website graphics, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales collateral.
  • Develop educational materials such as blog illustrations, infographics, and product guides that effectively communicate complex software features and nonprofit concepts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets by adhering to established design guidelines and collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Support product launches, webinars, lead generation campaigns, and email marketing efforts with engaging visuals that drive engagement, conversions, and brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create software graphics, tutorial visuals, and presentation decks that showcase product features and user benefits.
A Typical Day:
  • Work on various projects, such as creating branded graphics for webinars, designing infographics for educational institutions, updating product brochures, and developing icons to visually differentiate features within our fundraising platform.
  • Join meetings with the marketing team to brainstorm design strategies for client education campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or other equivalent professional design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred skills include experience designing for SaaS, tech, or nonprofit-focused companies, basic understanding of HTML/CSS, and familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools.

The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
