Procurement Specialist

Tambay Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, and securing advantageous contracts.

• Supplier Identification and Evaluation: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure they meet our company's quality and service standards.
• Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Market Analysis and Supplier Performance: Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs and align with budgetary constraints, and communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
