Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Associate - Surface Cleaning Specialist to join our team at JTC Group of Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all door and glass surfaces are clean and dust-free.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and polish door and glass surfaces to a high standard.
  • Dust all visible surfaces to prevent the accumulation of dust and allergens.
  • Spray cleaner and wipe all picture frames and décor, light switch boards, etc., to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Dust and clean lights and fixtures to ensure they are free from dust and debris.
  • Spot clean walls to remove any stains or marks.
  • Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Check and maintain the air conditioner to ensure it is functioning properly.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.

Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
