Lead Social Media Specialist

Social media managers are responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to engage with audiences, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with the target audience, including graphics, videos, and captions.
  • Manage and schedule content using social media management tools, ensuring consistent posting and timely engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future content decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and growth, to ensure aligned messaging and goals.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a full-time role.
  • Strong understanding of American pop culture and ability to create on-brand content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Excellent copywriting and creative direction skills, including the ability to write engaging hooks, captions, and threads.
  • Comfortable ghostwriting and shaping a CEO voice, while maintaining brand consistency and guidelines.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills, able to move fast and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
  • Availability to work standard Mountain Standard Time hours.
