Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple queue metrics across different sites.
  • Serve as the main contact point between our program and clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years customer care and/or call center experience in WFM.
  • Amenable to work onsite.
  • Amenable to work nightshift schedule.
  • Preferably with Line Adherence Experience.
  • Good communication skills (Oral and written).
  • Knowledge in PowerBI application is an advantage.
