Web Application Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

You will collaborate with the product and design teams to build high-quality user interfaces and APIs.

Participate in agile sprints, contribute to planning, code reviews, and testing.

Integrate and optimize AI tools and APIs to improve workflows and product functionality.

Communicate effectively with both Japanese and English-speaking team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, MongoDB, and related technologies.
  • Solid experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Experience working in remote and cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong understanding of Git and development best practices.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, automation scripts) for productivity and efficiency.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to AI/ML projects or experience integrating AI APIs.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, or similar architectures.
  • Familiarity with Python, especially FastAPI for backend or service integration.
  • Understanding of modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
