Job Title

Senior Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist


This is a highly skilled professional role leading technical education and skills development initiatives.


We are seeking a senior specialist to design, develop, and implement training programs for various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training in basic, common, and core competencies
  • Prepare session plans, progress charts, and trainee evaluations
  • Develop competency-based learning materials and devices
  • Conduct studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instruction
  • Administer tests to evaluate instruction
  • Provide guidance and support to trainees
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and facilities used in the training program
  • Conduct competency assessments

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the Job
  • 2 Years Relevant Experience
  • 8 Hours of Relevant Training
  • Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

  • Holder of NTTC related to HVAC, Mechatronics, Automotive, or Multimedia
