Main Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Workflow Management:
    • Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
    • Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes, eliminating bottlenecks and optimizing resources.
  • Cross-Party Communication:
    • Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties, fostering open dialogue and effective information sharing.
  • Subcontractor Collaboration System:
    • Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms, streamlining communication and reducing errors.
  • Dashboard Development:
    • Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information, providing real-time insights and enabling data-driven decision making.
    • Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users, promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Team Onboarding and Training:
    • Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption and utilization, minimizing knowledge gaps and maximizing productivity.
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration:
    • Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
