Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a SailPoint engineering or administration role and will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the company's SailPoint Identity and Access Management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the SailPoint platform to meet the company's identity and access management requirements
  • Monitor the SailPoint environment and investigate and resolve any issues or incidents that arise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SailPoint with other business systems
  • Develop and implement SailPoint-related policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the SailPoint platform

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SailPoint engineering or administration role
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing the SailPoint platform, including its core components and modules
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline SailPoint-related tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
