Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for all sourcing-related initiatives and lead the implementation of solutions across multiple sites according to approved company guidelines.

  • Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities onsite and offsite to ensure a sustained hiring pipeline and timely candidate progression.
  • Effectively manage the accuracy of sourcing and recruitment data in various databases and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To oversee demands and sourcing initiatives for our BGC site.
  2. Assist in end-to-end recruitment as needed, implement existing assessment tools and frameworks, and collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to execute employer branding initiatives.
  3. Monitor and analyze sourcing metrics such as cost per hire, fill rate, and quality of hires, and prepare regular reports on Sourcing performance to suggest improvements.
  4. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, familiar with BPO hiring trends and challenges.
Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition specifically in Volume Hiring.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a team lead.
  • Preferably with experience in handling Referral Sourcing channels (Applicant Referral, Employee Referral, Non-Employee Referral).
  • Awareness of hiring trends, talent, and technology landscape, understanding hiring plans with multiple segments, and knowledge in project implementation and management.
  • Must have strong experience in leading/managing recruitment teams or have successfully worked as an individual contributor in a leadership capacity.
