Are you a seasoned Marketing Operations expert seeking a new challenge?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a pivotal role.

This is an opportunity to own and drive the development of our marketing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.

The Role:

  • System Ownership: Administer and optimize our suite of marketing tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and more.
  • Process Automation: Design and implement efficient workflows for lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign processes.
  • Campaign Support: Set up UTM tracking, landing pages, forms, and campaign infrastructure to drive successful campaigns.
  • Lead Management: Maintain accurate data, segment leads, score models, and track funnels across platforms.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and reports using Sheets, Looker, or Hex to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, preferably in B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environments.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills.
Success Metrics

30 Days: Familiarize yourself with our tech stack and understand how systems connect.

60 Days: Improve existing workflows and manage data operations.

90 Days: Confidently own systems, fix issues, and deliver improvements.
