About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communication Leader to join our team at Ubisoft Philippines. As a key member of our communications department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our internal and external communication strategies.

Reporting directly to the Zone Communications Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our employee and executive communications, as well as supporting the Managing Director and Philippine Studio Manager.

You will work closely with studios in the Ubisoft Zone (Vietnam, India, and Singapore) to align strategic priorities and objectives, and define, implement, and execute the communication strategy locally.

As a Brand Storyteller, you will lead and monitor all events and campaigns in all our communication platforms, sharing our brand story with our target audiences.

You will serve as the spokesperson for the Philippines studio as needed, being the local point of contact both for the other Ubisoft studios and local press & media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the main contact point for all global and zone employee communications, events, and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the studio and the Zone to ensure messaging and branding consistency.
  • Design and deliver a strong local employer branding strategy and plans, closely linked to the Talent Acquisition and Development plans and strategies.
