Equity Research Associate

We are seeking an Equity Research Associate to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves working with our analysts to maintain industry databases, manage market analysis, and prepare client presentations and briefings.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in equity research and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Equity Research Associate, you will engage with analysts across various sectors, including ESG and Strategy, and provide support on maintaining financial models and databases, writing, previewing, and reviewing quarterly results and sector updates.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar discipline. They should possess strong finance and accounting skills with knowledge of financial concepts like ratio analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling. Prior experience in a similar role from sell-side research, buy-side research, investment banking, or similar environments is also desirable.

You will be self-motivated with an analytical mindset and a passion for equity research. You will also have exceptional communication skills in English and be able to build relationships with large corporate clients and internal teams across locations.

The successful candidate will have a fixed-term contract for one year and will work closely with our highly regarded Equity Research team.
