Golang Software Developer

We are seeking skilled software developers of all levels to join our teams. As a software developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software in Go, debugging and fixing issues encountered by users, participating in code reviews, collaborating with colleagues on technical specifications, and contributing to the success of your product through technical advocacy.

Key Requirements
  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field, or an alternative path
  • Drive and a track record of exceeding expectations
  • Well-organized, self-starting, and able to deliver projects on time
  • Professional manner interacting with colleagues and partners
  • Experience designing and writing high-quality software on Linux
  • Experience with and passion for Linux at the system level
  • For more senior roles, experience building, deploying, and operating distributed systems and APIs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
  • Passion, thoughtfulness, and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Experience developing software for Ubuntu Linux
  • Experience with Juju, LXD, Microk8s, Snapd, Ubuntu Core, and Ubuntu Pro
  • Performance engineering and security expertise
