  • Coordinate with end-users to schedule requirements and identify needed items
  • Participate in conceptualization discussions to determine feasibility of requirements and provide suggestions/alternatives
  • Generate inputs and strategize purchase plan for project requirements
PR/PO Processing
  • Manage procurement milestones per project
  • Review purchase requests and ensure descriptions and specifications are accurate and complete within prescribed time period
  • Examine and prioritize urgent PRs through proper management of workload
  • Prepare RFQ and send to accredited suppliers
  • Prepare technical tabulation/canvass sheet/canvass report to evaluate proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate with vendors on price, warranties, payments, and delivery terms
  • Communicate with end-users and suppliers for efficient transactions
  • Evaluate PRs and provide alternatives to end-users
  • Provide resolutions to issues and urgent matters before escalating to team head
  • Liaise between requestor and vendor for approval of items being requested
  • Process assigned Purchase Orders within prescribed time period
Delivery Monitoring
  • Manage delivery milestones
  • Properly endorse awarded POs and supplier details to SCM Logistics
  • Ensure delivery of suppliers in accordance with SLA and/or purchase plan
  • Provide assistance in resolution of logistics-related issues and urgent matters
  • Resolve issues in deliveries whether damaged, missing, etc. within SLA
