Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual who can provide top-notch service to our clients in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Your key responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

  • Handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Provide solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Escalate issues when necessary and work closely with other teams to resolve them.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
