Job Title:

Senior Graphic Designer

Overview:

Lead a team of designers in delivering high-quality graphic design solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage task delegation and oversee daily operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to the graphics team, ensuring efficient performance and effective resource allocation.
  • Drive talent acquisition searches to ensure consistent growth of the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders, including senior leaders within the organization.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in graphic design or multimedia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or equivalent experience.
  • Advance knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Media Encoder.
  • Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability, and strong graphic design skills with a portfolio across print and digital assets.
  • Up-to-date skills in fundamental Graphic/Multimedia design industry leading software and technologies.
