Job Title: Implementation Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to assume the role of Back Office Implementation Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading individual real estate brokerages in the implementation and onboarding process of our suite of back office products tailored to their specific needs.

This position will focus on deploying our real estate commission and transaction management platform, as well as a platform designed to help brokers analyze market data and grow their business through strategic agent recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prior to project kickoff, assess the client's current business needs and workflows. Make consultative recommendations on how they should utilize our BoldTrail BackOffice platform.
  • Develop and manage a customized Implementation plan for each client.
  • Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure the product is highly adopted.
  • Communicate the project's implementation progress with internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions. Facilitate the resolution of all issues to retain the client.
  • Partner with a team of Implementation Specialists to improve and scale internal processes. Recommend adjustments to the client journey that will improve the client's overall experience and adoption of our BoldTrail BackOffice product suite.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in developing client relationships quickly is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills evident in email and phone presence are required.
  • Relentless attention to detail and follow through are essential.
  • Proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues is required.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios is necessary.
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication or related field is preferred.
  • 2 years+ of client-facing Project Management experience at a SaaS-based business is preferred.
  • Understanding of the Real Estate Industry is advantageous.
