  1. Business Alignment: Formulate partnerships across HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objective of the organization.
  2. Employee Engagement: Act as primary connection for employees across the account and serve as a local liaison to HR functions ensuring that people-related issues are managed effectively.
  3. Communication: Cascade updates on policies, processes, and other important company communications to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  4. Issue Reporting: Report major issues and concerns that need immediate attention of the Account Leadership and/or HR Director.
  5. HR Inquiries: Act as point of contact for all HR inquiries and complaints (compensation, recruitment, training, engagement) and work with the concerned HR unit to address issues.
  6. Employee Monitoring: Proactively monitor employee issues or situations and conduct site visits to check on conditions/situations of employees as well as perform sensing.
  7. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Account and the clients through proactive interaction and regular communication and feedback on operational issues, local regulations affecting employment, and other concerns.
  8. Talent Engagement: Promote and monitor the implementation of talent engagement activities, gather employee feedback, and provide HR team information.
  9. Discipline and Compliance: Handle employee discipline issues and ensure compliance with due process as well as timely case resolutions.
