Job Description

Serve as a Strategic Finance Partner to Operating Staff, providing timely and relevant reporting and analysis to drive informed business decisions. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business solutions, analyzing business results, creating financial analysis tools, prioritizing financial information, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Propose and implement business solutions for complex problems with some independent judgement and autonomy.
  2. Analyze business results versus forecasts, budgets, and prior years to understand and explain changes in business drivers, drive forecast accuracy, and recommend improvements.
  3. Develop and utilize financial analysis tools to proactively evaluate financial performance and business risk, such as financial models, business cases, run rate, and advanced data analytics.
  4. Prioritize and present financial information effectively for monthly operating reviews and KPIs.
  5. Support the development of budgets and MTPs by analyzing trends to establish aggressive yet achievable targets.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with functional stakeholders and business partners.
  7. Demonstrate a deep understanding of how position/operating staff impacts the Income Statement and Cash Flow.
  8. Cultivate continuous improvement and innovation to streamline processes and improve data analytics.
  9. Communicate financial performance and analysis results to Finance Leadership and key business partners.
  10. Seek opportunities to grow through skill development, training, networking, and feedback.
  11. Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
