Product Listings Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our product listings on Target+. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing and managing our product catalog to drive sales and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or Target+. You must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Monday.com is preferred, and proficiency in Excel is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage listings to ensure listing health issues are surfaced and addressed effectively.
- Work with the Target team to understand the root causes of listing health issues and ensure products are relisted efficiently.
- Collaborate with Creative and SEO teams to acquire approved creative content, including Listing Photos, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stories, Video Content, and Storefronts.
- Troubleshoot issues encountered when publishing creative content and communicate effectively among involved parties.
- Manage timelines for seasonal content.
- 3+ years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or Target+
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Monday.com is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel is required
