Digital Marketing Lead

The Offsite Solutions team drives seller adoption of off-platform marketing solutions including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other external traffic channels.

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will own the execution and scaling of seller-facing programs designed to increase offsite traffic and drive measurable ROI.

  • Design and execute initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through adoption of different off-platform ads channels
  • Act as the subject matter expert for campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and measurement
  • Drive strong returns on ad spend by analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization strategies to sellers
  • Lead communication with internal stakeholders to ensure sellers are aligned with new programs, feature rollouts, and best practices
  • Manage the full offsite marketing operations workflow, from planning to reporting with cross-functional coordination
  • Monitor industry trends and continuously propose improvements to strengthen offsite performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and experience working with datasets to drive decisions
  • Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact
