Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our team. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and reliable software systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Golang and experience with distributed, scalable, and reliable systems. You will work closely with the Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

  • Develop Golang backend components leveraging high-scale data pipelines
  • Craft code that meets standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment
  • Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review

Requirements

  • Professional experience with Golang and PostgreSQL
  • Strong database experience and interest in developing expertise in ClickHouse databases
  • Familiarity building and deploying software with CI/CD or other internal tooling
  • Familiarity with distributed, scalable, and reliable systems
