About the Role

This position is responsible for providing analytical support to multiple hospitals, outpatient facilities, and/or physician practices in designing, implementing, and monitoring employee compensation for both union and non-union groups.

Main Tasks and Deliverables
  1. Manage facility-specific compensation tables in the HR System, covering job codes, job titles, salary structures, union step rates, shift differentials, and per diem rates.
  2. Respond promptly to clients' compensation requests at assigned facilities.
  3. Participate in external market salary surveys to maintain accurate compensation data.
  4. Prepare and publish yearly market salary surveys in Pay Factors and/or the HR System.
  5. Perform regular internal and external market analyses.
  6. Use internal resources and tools to analyze data and make recommendations on base pay programs.
  7. Contribute to special projects affecting compensation and operations, such as premium pay or cost modeling.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with assigned facilities and client groups through effective compensation program management.
  9. Support the Merit process for assigned facilities.
Requirements and Skills
  • Ability to work in a Business Global Center environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a night shift schedule.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst.
  • Excel proficiency.
