Automotive Refinish Specialist

We are looking for an Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team at Dynamic Strategy Solutions Experts Corporation.

This role is responsible for operating and utilizing all body shop equipment safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will be skilled in paint preparation, application, and finishing techniques.

• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain all body shop equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.
• Paint Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust, grease, and dirt, and filling cavities and dents with putty.
• Painting Techniques: Apply paint using sprayers or brushes, selecting and mixing coating liquids to achieve desired colors.
• Quality Control: Inspect painted units for quality of workmanship, noting any runs, sags, or unpainted areas.
• Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment, keeping the work area clean and organized.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in automotive refinishing or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and attention to detail.
• Certifications: OSHA certification and knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous materials disposal.
