Job Description

The key function of the Associate Solutions Consultant involves implementing internal software solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy software applications tailored to client needs.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of business demands, expectations, and technical processes for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode for development and quality assurance teams.
  • Analyze errors, identify potential areas for improvement, and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients using the AnalytX Suite after deployment.
  • Diagnose application issues, gather relevant documentation, and ensure program rules align with process designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in software implementation and/or support.
  • Proficiency in documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively utilize MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server, with a desire to expand technical capabilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize workload, manage projects independently, and handle concurrent tasks.
