Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Associate to join our team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design and modeling of architectural and engineering projects using Revit models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage Onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
  • Assist with schematic design and tender package creation.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and support sales plans.
  • Model Revit families and assist in basic building systems coordination.
  • Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Provide testfit design support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
