As a Test Strategy and Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing testing strategies that meet industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to testing standards and processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies based on business requirements and system functionalities
- Review and ensure the comprehensiveness of test scripts developed by SQA Analysts
- Ensure all required documents are signed off prior to testing execution and change implementation
- Perform acceptance testing and ensure defined metrics are achieved
- Analyze the validity and criticality of raised systems/process issues and inquiries in a timely manner
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree holder - preferably in Computer Science, IT, or any related course
- Experience:
- At least 3 to 4 years' experience in IT-related activities
