Job Summary

Lead E-commerce Operations and Performance Optimization

Staff4me is seeking a detail-obsessed and digitally savvy professional to lead the day-to-day operations and performance optimization of our Shopify website.

  • Manage and optimize Product Display Pages (PDPs) for accurate content, strong SEO, and conversion-forward design
  • Oversee homepage, navigation, and seasonal merchandising updates
  • Plan and execute product launches and sales promotions
  • Monitor site daily to ensure uptime, product availability, and bug-free performance
  • Update and publish blog content regularly
  • Track and report on site health, average order value, conversion rates, and bounce rates
  • Make actionable recommendations to improve performance and customer experience
  • Manage and grow revenue through email and SMS marketing
Requirements:
  • 3+ years managing direct-to-consumer e-commerce, preferably in beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands
  • Deep experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (email and SMS)
  • Confident with Google Analytics, analytics tools, heatmaps, and data interpretation
  • Strong eye for detail and user experience
  • Excellent copy, communication, and project management skills
