**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Green Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Riviera Golf Club, Inc.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain the appearance of the golf course through regular mowing, green detailing, tees detailing, and edge work.
  • Pick up trash and debris from the golf course to ensure a clean and safe environment for golfers.
  • Control weeds and overgrowth through regular pulling and string trimming.
  • Apply fertilizers and chemicals as necessary to promote healthy turf growth.
  • Assist higher-level grounds staff with tasks such as trimming, edging, and topdressing.
  • Aerate greens to improve drainage and reduce soil compaction.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors to maintain the golf course's high standards.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity.
  • Flexibility to work a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to start immediately and commit to a long-term position.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
