Job Title

A commercial bid manager is a crucial role that requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen. In this position, you will be responsible for creating high-quality client-facing materials, such as proposals, case studies, and presentation decks.

As a commercial bid manager, you will work closely with the sales, client services, and other client-facing teams to ensure that the information presented to prospects and clients is relevant, updated, impactful, and effectively conveys our core capabilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage all client-facing content and deals in the form of proposals, presentation slides, case studies, vertical/service line web pages, and other forms of revenue-generating sales materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and client services stakeholders to tailor-fitting the verbiage, content, tone, section inclusion, and overall message of client-facing outputs to ensure that it resonates with and addresses the needs, pain points, and priorities of the prospective client.
  • Manage multiple content deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring that all output checkpoints are met.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, creative writing, or proposal management.
  • Mastery of the English language in both writing and speech.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant and related discipline.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work on tight schedules.
