Financial Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments, designing and implementing financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of financial models and analytical tools
  • Classifying and maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting, and at least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills are essential, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling). Ability to build and work with financial/data models is also required.
